Ok, here's the idea:

Give a name for a GURPS supplement and a one or two sentence blurb about the contents. Make it sort of off-key. Doesn't have to be humor, shouldn't be an insult. GURPS China as an entry is boring, GURPS Illuminati is good, GUPRS IOU ( Illuminati University) is ideal.

All in the spirit of fun.
