[OT] Paypal down?

I've been trying to get onto paypal all day, to pay some bills. However, it's timing out. That means it's still working, right? Just overwhelmed?

I hope so. I use PayPal a lot to pay my bills. I'd hate to have to go back to actually mailing my bills again!

I was able to log into paypal without a problem.
