[QUOTE="satori01, post: 910123, member: 7859"] ok solely using the ingreedients listed a couple more drinks: 1)mmm guiness, though I find that guiness can be a bit to thick in very hot weather, I agree with teflon billy about serving temperature 2)you can easily make a long island ice tea: 1oz vodka 1oz gin 1oz light rum 1oz tequilla 1oz lemon juice 4oz cola superfine sugar,(1oz=shot roughly) 2)Time Killer: 2oz tequilla, 5oz of corona,(or other mex beer) served over ice 3) Tequila Moonrise: 3oz Tequilla, 1oz light rum, 1oz dark rum dash of rose's lime juice, dash of lemon juice, some sugar, and top off with guiness, mix the all the ingredients except for the guiness in a shaker 1/2 filled with ice cubes, then strain into a glass nearly filled with ice cubes, and top the glass off with beer, sounds hard but it is a good drink and drinking your mistakes are half the fun. 4) Rum Sour: 2oz rum, 1oz lemon juice, combine in shaker(with ice), usually garnished with an orange slice 5) Rum Martini: 2 1/2 oz of light rum, and vermouth cast Tenser's Martini transformation and you are set, can add vodka for xtra kick 6) Port wine flip: this is a funky drink but good, 3oz of ruby port 1 whole egg, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 oz of light cream, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, combine in a strainer of ice cubes, (except nutmeg), strain and add nutmeg. Mix well otherwise the egg is real bad, but neat drink. 7) Spritzer: esentially white wine and club soda mixed together chilled with a lemon,(or other fruit twist), very good and very european.
