You put something on tape, you know people are going to see it. My tape was kept by my english teacher and aired every year during hamlet unit for 2-3 class every year. The laughing lasted all year and made its way into my year book.I'm not debating whether or not the act itself was bad, I've already said it was. What I'm saying, is that the Star Wars kid has no one else to blame but himself. He made the movie on someone else's tape and did not dispose of it properly. If the kids who posted it to kazaa stole it from him, yeah they would be at fault. Instead he gave them back the tape. He had the chance to record over it, hell, he could have just rewound the tape and hit the record button and recorded a wall. It was a mean act, yet nothing that I would consider the kids criminally liable for.</blockquote>
