[OT] Superbowl Predictions

Since we have been talking playoffs, what are your superbowl predictions?

Mine have Tampa vs. Oakland, Oakland winning a close one 24 to 21 with Rich Gannon or Jerry Rice getting MVP.

Titans vs Eagles. Titans win a defensive struggle 14-10

Until the Titans barely defeated the Steelers and the Raiders convincingly beat the Jets this weekend, I expected the Titans to represent the AFC. But the Titans jus don't look dominant, and only one road team has lost a playoff game this year -- because the Packers were the walking wounded. So my guess is that the Raiders last another game.

I've favored the Eagles (and SU grad Donovan McNabb) since the Pack lost, and given home-field advantage and a healthy McNabb, I still like the Eagles. Furthermore, I suspect that the Super Bowl won't be all that close given this matchup, so..

Eagles 31, Raiders 17.

The raiders will beat everybody up and win. Yeah, that's right, you'll see.

I'm going to go with TB and OAK. Oakland with the win in a close game. If not I hope I enjoy the commercials.
