The Febreeze acts as a coolant spray and negates the flame. The T-Rex Bites Trogdor on the Head to keep his mouth shut, while the Ninja Hops on his back and starts to repeatedly stab him, NINJA-STYLE!

Yes, you are quite right, it should have been smite. But I think Brian was going for a bit of a silliness factor, so the "I SHALL SMOTE THEM!" factor is allowable.
