Right now the PS2 has the best lineup of games available because they have built a large library over the last two years since it was released. Still, the XBox is newer and more powerful, has the better graphics and it's lineup is improving every day. It also, and I emphasize this, always gets the best looking, most polished version of games that are released for all three platforms. Also, it has a smaller controller if that's an issue, the Controller S.
