My English Prof. at Pomona College, Dick Barnes (rest his soul), could do that too. I'd love to see a film of Beowulf done in the original language with subtitles. It's a dream of mine. :) The self-selected subject of the oral examination for my graduation was all about sci-fi, fantasy, and horror and the transcendental catharsis they represent. Anyone else have to watch the Princess Bride and read Neuromancer to graduate? I'm a 26 year old husband and father to a twin boys 2 1/2 years old. I've also got another set of twin boys due in about a week. What can I say? The best things in life come in twos. :) I love my family to death and it's the most important thing in the world to me by far. Aside from that I'm also a java programmer and musician. I sing and play accordion, lap steel, ukulele, 12-string guitar, and bass guitar in a indie/folk rock band. Back in college I tried to pioneer a new genre of music called "poot rock" which was roughly based on the music from the computer game Star Control II but I've shied away from electronic music as of late. Also, if anyone knows the band Arlo they have a song about me called "Kenji" in which I get run over by a car and use the settlement money to buy musical equipment. My front teeth are kind of fubar though, since I bought music equipment instead of fixing them proper. :D I remember when I was in 3rd grade and the school kindergarten teacher took my D&D books away when I was reading them waiting for the bus after school. It was a conspiracy, I tell you, and I raised holy hell until I got them back. I kept on reading them at school too. Ah, the good old days of D&D persecution! :)
