A team of four Judges was tasked to clear out the old Empire State Building. After the briefing by Judge Segway, they mounted their Lawmasters and headed towards the building, stopping en route to chase down and arrest a sidewalk spitter (who ended up with 20 years after trying to run for it).They arrived at the Empire State Building, boarded up and occupied by tramps, thugs, and gangs. After a gunfight with some thugs holed up in The Cosmic Taco on the ground floor, discovering a 5-year old corpse in the office of Vid Phones U Like, and a vagrant called Smelly Pete in Synthi Bucks, they discovered a locked door in the secondary foyer. Stairs also lead up to the next floor where the Y-Empire juve gang is supposedly holed up. On the fourth floor, apparently is the outlaw Ricki Rocco and his henchmen, Katricia Bung, a suspected former blitz agent, and Ronnie Blacktooth, who used to be an armourer for the Colorado syndicate..
