The last few months have been the most disciplined with my eating and training that I've been in a few years. I've been consistent with my training, but my diet hasn't been, and I think that's affected my energy and focus in the workouts. I'm hoping to carry my current momentum to the "bulk" without returning to the 13 year old goblin I typically devolve into after a cut. Fingers crossed!</p></blockquote><p></p>
