Knee's/Back take a bit of a beating on this. Fun fact, I did so much weight as a kid, this is the root cause for what ruined my knees.</p><p>Leg Extension at meaningful. If I had dont this more as a kid, I may have avoided the issues in my knees!</p><p>Leg Curl at meaningful.</p><p>Leg Press Machine - This thing really targets my hamstring/glutes. I dont know why, but this one I can go up to the max on the machine, I will have to replace this with a plates driven leg press soon.</p><p></p><p>Depending on time, and desire to suffer, I will then jump on the bike at high RPM for 10 min.</p></blockquote><p></p>
