This was my first “heavy” (for me) bench set in a long while. I’m a bit disappointed, but nothing hurt while I did it, so silver linings and all that. The shoulder press machine listed “15 pounds unloaded” for each arm, but I’m skeptical. Still, it’s a good baseline to proceed from, so I’m looking forward to this phase of training.</p></blockquote><p></p>
