Had a brain fart on the first set of pulldowns, not realizing I need another 10 pounds.</p><p></p><p>Now that I’m feeling less pain in the shoulder and have a handle on my routine, it’s probably time to turn my attention back to losing some weight. That was my goal a few months ago, but summer travel and a messed up shoulder put the kibosh in that. Now seems like a good time to start back up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
