P1 King of the Trollhaunt in Eberron?

Has anyone reflavored P1 to reside in Eberron? Any suggestions on where to place it?

I'd probably place it in western Breland, near Droaam. If that doesn't work, southern Eldeen or the eastern Shadow Marches would probably best fit. You could also fairly easily fit it into Q'barra, though you'd have to "tropicalize" it.

Breland near Droaam is where I've been thinking about as well. And thinking that the Baron that needs help should instead be King Boranel.
