Pages wouldn't render

For about 4-5 hours earlier today, I couldn't get any pages to render; they all came up blank. Then, without warning, everything started working again. Anyone have any idea what was going on?

no idea, I've been on and off EN World all day with no problems.

I just got your email. I dunno; we've been up and running all day. No chance of a work firewall, right?

I am getting the same thing. I click on a thread and get a blank white page. After I hit refresh several times I finally get the page.

It is not happening now but it seemed to only happen when I was trying to enter a forum from the main page.
