There are many rules on the House Rules forum that fit that description.And there are also many rules on the House Rules forum that do attempt to fix genuine problems with the 3.X ruleset. Sometimes these rules are born from discussions about flawed or clunky rules on the Rules forum, sometimes not, but they do exist, and there have been a considerable number of them over the years. The "bashing" of the 3.X rules did not come out of nowhere, overnight, right after 4E was announced, as you claim, and anyone who's spent any amount of time on these forums knows that.</blockquote>
