I have had to contact customer service for replacement mags 5 times out of 12 issues. Although, their service reps send out the replacements within a week, a failure rate of almost 50% is unacceptable to any paying customer. Simply replacing missing mags doesn't seem to be enough either at this point. When delivery is this poor, perhaps some sort of goodwill effort should be made, even if it's only a couple months extension and an apology. Seeing as how paid subscriptions are guarenteed income for Paizo, I was dismayed at how little attention was paid to addressing my concerns.</blockquote>
