Paizo Announces GameMastery Modules Subscriptions Subscribers to receive free PDF download of each module. June 25, 2007 (BELLEVUE, Wash.) – Paizo Publishing, a leading publisher of fantasy RPG accessories and quality board games, launched a subscription program for the all-new line of GameMastery Modules earlier this week. "We've always tried to listen to our readers and to give them what they want," says Jason Bulmahn, GameMastery Brand Manager. "When we announced the GameMastery Modules line, a subscription was the first and most frequent thing they asked for." GameMastery Modules are 32-page, high-quality, full-color, OGL-compatible adventures for use with the world's most popular fantasy roleplaying game. All GameMastery Modules include four pre-made characters, so players can jump right into the action, and full-color maps and handouts to enhance play. Released monthly, GameMastery Modules kick-off at the end of June with D1: Crown of the Kobold King. Written by fan-favorite author Nicolas Logue, this GameMastery Module pits the players against an evil kobold king and his minions. The prequel to Crown of the Kobold King, D0: Hollow's Last Hope, was given away free at this year's Free RPG Day on June 23. With a GameMastery Modules subscription, readers can expect to automatically receive every new monthly module that's released. While they're sold at full cover price, subscribers are given a free PDF—an $8.99 value—of the module to download once it ships. GameMastery Modules subscriptions and PDFs are available only at paizo.com/gamemastery. In the coming months, Paizo plans to create a system where Pathfinder™ subscribers who are also GameMastery Modules subscribers can combine their orders to save on shipping.
