Palm OS software?

I dimly remember reading about a company that was creating software primarily for the PalmOS. What I'd seen was a character 'sheet' type application. Looked quite nice.
They'd also mentioned how they'd (eventually/hopefully) have an entire suite of software for the DM as well as players. Something about it being best on a Lap-top or other PC with an IR sensor/reciever, that way all the players' Palm's could send/recieve info from the master program keeping track of everyone's init, spells memorised, hit points, and all that.
Now I just wish two things: That I could remember where this site was, and that I had a PalmOS PDA
