It is a PDF / Printed combo. Basically buy the book, get the PDF. The title is a complete 208 page rulebook in black and white, soft cover.

The Shattered Empires RPG coming next year should be in full color, but it was our goal to keep the costs on this title low for our customers.

Paradigm Concepts intends to keep the PDF of the Shattered Empires Quicklaunch up to date as the game evolves towards its final form. Persons that purchased the title can just log back into the Paradigm Concepts Online Store and download a fresh copy.
