Paragon Creature

So
even with the 3.5 update booklet for the Epic handbook
I am stumped for this evenings villian

i am looking to use a Paragon Goblin with some class levels
but i would like to be able to figure out the LA of the Paragon template

Any one figure this one out??

Well atleast i got a response
for now i am just going to imagine that the CR of +18 for creatures under 8 HD
is going to be my LA

So he is a 2nd level Paragon Goblin Rogue (ECL 20) for a 4 PC group of 16th level

Ok to update everyone i figured it out
*I should have paid attention to the first few chapters of the monters section on the ELH.
According to the chart the Paragon Mind Flayer is ECL 26
So that would make the Paragon Template LA +11 (26 ECL - 15 ECL Mind Flayer base creature= 11)

Effectivly making my Paragon goblin rogue lvl 2 ECL= 13 with a CR 0f 20 (+18 for paragon 6 HD or lower + 2 levels of rouge)

I guess it helps to remember to read!
And after checking the 3.5 update pdf for the ELH it seems rules solid.

Also as a side note; the look on the players faces when the 16th level rageing Half-orc Barbarian scored a crit. and Frick AKA Ze Fadda laughed at him and did 30 points of damage with his one hit back....was truely priceless.
The player all said when we started that they wanted to go Epic, I told them they where going to earn it.
Frick is on the loose all beware.

The Paragon, especially when applied to a brute or physical creature, is worth far more than 11 levels.

After checking your response and doing the math you are correct the original ECL of the 3.0 MF was 12 not sure but i believe, so for that reason i used the current MF which is also the one out of savage species for the calculation.
Your right if the paragon template was added to a Brute or physical creature they would be very powerful......hence the massive CR
