SCAD is horribly paranoid about anything that comes along, so after the big Windows stink this summer they managed to make it so no one could get online AT ALL unless they took their computer to the computer labs and had them inspected.  Plus they lied on their flyer about this, which read that it'd be ok to make appoinments for someone to come up to the dorm room to inspect the machine.  Nope, they lie.  A week after my roommate and I made appointments they BOTHERED to call us back and say that no one was going to come up to our room.   <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f644.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":rolleyes:" title="Roll eyes    :rolleyes:"  data-smilie="11"data-shortname=":rolleyes:" /> Well, finally we have internet up again.  I was getting sick of checking my email in the labs.  Lesse ... Oh, they've also managed to block any and all filesharing programs on their server.  Which even makes it difficult to share over AIM.  Sheesh.Well, whatever.  I'm back, happy to be, and I've updated my storyhour.</blockquote>
