What you want to do, if I understand you correctly, is to decalre all the text as OGC. So do just that: something like "All the text in this document, except pages xx-xx [the OGL and similar stuff] is released as Open Game Content subject to the conditions of the Open Gaming Licence 1.0a. " Or take a look at a Philip Reeds document, see how the pros do it.Anyhow, I'm publishing stuff relating to the setting on <a href="http://www.geocities.com/opendm/" target="_blank">my site</a> as OGC, based on your intent. I hope to see a better OGC declaration in that pdf upgrade...(If anyone has notes about my own OGL follies, do tell)Edit: I Am Not A Lawyer.
