[QUOTE="Sodalis, post: 243178, member: 1791"] [I]The mystics are completely silent, except for the sound of heavy breathing. they have their eyes closed, and seem to be in deep meditation. the notice nothing around them. The guards watch as you enter the room, but pay little attention, as you were escorted in by the royal messenger. They eye you to your seats, but one cringes slightly as Kayindar passes by. He snaps back into attention as he catches his eye, and then stares once again as the group passes. the messenger leaves you at your seats, and then continue into another room. At the front of the main reception all is a pair of seats, fit for a king- actually they are. beside them, and one step lower, are four seats accompanied by four additional seats. you can deduce that these four seats are for the princes and the four accompanying seats are for the princesses. they are decorated to the personalities (though still matching the decor of teh room) to those of the four princes. the two off to the right (king's right, your left) are elegantly decorated with the finest material. The metal fixtures shine and glisten in the candlelight, and the fabric flow from top to bottom. The two on the left are a little more oddly decorated. theone immediately next to the king is decorated with many trophies and such- one of which is a horn of an annimal that you cannot remmeber at present. but it seems rare and large... the next chair is very decorated very ordinarily- but accented with tassels and trinkets that are not found in this kingdom. A servant comes out from the other room (king's left) carrying a tray. It is tea. She sets a saucer and cup on each end-table just to the right of each chair (each chair is separated by a small table 1ftx1ft)and sets a teapot just next to the cup. She bows and takes leave. And as she is leaving, you hear footsteps from the hallway to the right (where the messenger went). A troop of guards come to the front of the room and split (two on each side) and stand guard at the ends of the chairs. the royal family enter with a blare of horns. You are motioned to rise as the king and queen enter the room. As theprinces enter the room , and take their seats, you see that one prince, easily recognised by his horns above his brow, and green complexion, smiles at you and then takes his seat. the others do not notice you until they are seated and staring in your general direction.
