They used to come and go in waves because the only way to get to them was to lose as a white belt or be turned. They were also the only way to die sans death matches. Other comments. Two Dark Warriors against everyone isn't really a problem. It's not like the Dark Warrior can be forced into any multiperson fight. 'Ell it ain't like the Dark Warrior can get forced into any fight because of their insult invulnerability. Part of the problem in balance comes in that Light warriors have a grand total of 5 people they can fight to advance, while the dark have 15. And it's even worse for the Light as they are always forced into losing insults. The honored path is probably the path of least resistance for the most part. I do feel it's a bit too early to judge still, but well, the honored path is quite able to generate 4 point moves at will, possibly even 6 point at will if just spend 10 yen and pick up a style again in an item. The Yakuza can also generate a 4 point move at will however, but that requires being an Oyuban and using ever poison blade on a single attack. Some quirks between Honor and Yakuza at least Honor uses sig styles versus Yakuza's sig locations: Gains invulnerability to style (1 in 50 chance of coming up for a given style), Yakuza gets a second chance of their location coming up (1in400 chance of occuring for any given style). Honor gets all signature modifiers, Yakuza gets none: Yakuza is the only path without a sig mod package. Dirty Trick V Fist of Fury (comparing more or less to where they should show up) : I actually feel these being pretty much equal. Dirty Trick itself is a risk, as is FoF. As they pretty much negate each other if both fighters have them in a fighter ( a yakuza will hold their DT more so for the FoF because of the rather hurt potential of a FoF ). Chi Strike v Sneaky Trick: I have no qualm here either really, although I can see it easier to argue chi strike being balanced against Dirty Trick, but then they need to be gotten the same level ( And also the honored needs not to be getting extra powers on top of it when compared against the yakuza - balance of being stronger at certain time frames is not balance ). Mastery v Poison Blade : Another one I can really accept being relatively balanced. Mastery helps alot for getting yourself out of bad situations and sets up the at-will 4 point moves I mentioned before. Poison Blade gets you an extra point.
