Pathfinder 1E Pathfinder different...how?

I was just curious. Can someone give me the bullet points on Pathfinder, educating me on how it's different from 3.5 D&D.

There are a lot of really minor changes, however, including some that look minor but have pretty major effects.

Excellent link - one of the more comprehensive ones I have seen without sifting through forums trying to pick up the bits and pieces.

heh. It's pretty good I'll admit, but it's not "whoa" material for me yet.

Once I have other projects cleared off my plate, I'm tempted to do a similar thing for 3.5 and Pathfinder, but... it _is_ an awful lot of work, as can already be seen by that Giant in the Playground thread.
