Has any one downloaded the playtest beta ogl yet? I went to the piazo sight and all i saw was the aplha 3 release...what did i do wrong?

Scott - the PDF (and book) will be released at the same time as GenCon opens, which means it isn't available just yet.

Damn, Paizo is Pure Class. (I will be buying the hardcopy at GenCon and DLing the PDF for use on my laptop. Win/win!)

Will the Beta include monsters, or is it basically the PHB+DMG?

No monsters.

I'm sure there will be a monster book at some point. However, I'm not sure what monsters should be in it. Presumably they need to keep the "classic" monsters in print, but good luck getting people to agree on which ones they are!

Also, Necromancer Games are talking about doing a Tome of Horrors for Pathfinder. I don't know if this would be instead of, or in addition to, a Paizo monster book.

Personally, I'm such a monster junkie that I'd pay to have the monsters I already own with my Pathfinder subscription collected together in one book.
