Since time began, the balance for magic was that you could only do it so often. Now, the magic is weak to the point of uselessness, and you can still only do it so often. Yay.So it seems that arcane casters are being regulated to being buffers and support casters, since direct damage is considered pointless by the majority of players these days, and now status effecting spells are being beaten by the nerf bat.</blockquote>
