Usually, they won't price under retailers for fear of a retailer backlash.I definitely think that paying full cover price is a bad idea. That's why I haven't gone to a FLGS since I re-entered the hobby a year ago. They don't add any value to my hobby. If I really wanted to support a publisher, buying 2 books from Amazon.com for the price of one book from your FLGS would allow a publisher to see more money from me.And Clark --- I'll definitely pick up the Tome of Horrors (and I didn't buy the Monster Manual II!).
