The hole looks to be about six feet wide, and the huge rock is polished to a perfect sphere with a mirror-like, precise smoothness. It fits in the hole perfectly, though its widest portion is several feet above ground level, with no gaps visible large enough for even a hair to fit through. The sun is now directly overhead and the heat is making the air shimmer. You do not know how much longer you can take this.</blockquote>
