From your answer I can see that you want me to put that specific text somewhere but you give no indication of where it would be most appropriate.  Most publishers have been happy with the implicit deliniation between OGC and PI.  Since you seem unsatisfied by this path, I must assume that there are others who would feel the same way.  So if you would propose a spot where you think this text would be most appropriate, I'd really appreciate it.  We'll run it past some other publishers and see if they agree with that placement.  We can take this to email if you'd prefer.</blockquote>
