Son of Meepo, In the lower left there is a list of things to be done. If you click on that it goes to the Racial Abilities tab under Feats and Abilities which is where you select the +2 to a stat.

Thanks. To be honest, that's a bit counter-intuitive. It would be better if that option were presented in the same place that you set the base numbers. If you look at the WotC 4e character builder, they display a checkbox next to each stat and you check the one you want to assign the racial bonus to.

Well it IS a racial ability , the summary screen is already crowded as it is, and not all characters will have it, only humans which hides the option if you haven't selected human as a race.

Couldn't find the 4e starter set installer.
Is that abandoned? Is there no hope of using pcgen for 4e, even adding my own data?
