We're starting a new campaign, looking for additional party members to round off our current party of 3. Characters will be created at 6th level to be played in the Forgotten Realms playsetting. Ideally we will be playing one session weekly--sessions lasting an average of 4 hours--at our apartment in South Slope, Brooklyn. Sessions will likely take place on weekend evenings. We're hoping to have our first session this Friday evening!!
Who we are: four guys in our mid-20s wanting to start up a live D&D campaign after having played over skype unhappily for over a year.
- Jon: DM / hippie and philosophy grad-student
- Jason: Changeling Psion (Controller) / gay anthropology grad-student
- Matt: Gnome Bard or Artificer (Leader) / web developer (gay)
- Kirk: Human Fighter (Defender) / neuroscientist and public health guru
Who you are: an outgoing, enthusiastic, and chill player who doesn't mind sipping mixed drinks while rolling their d20s. Our games are not overly serious, but we do try to RP at least a bit; the goal is just to have a good time. Ideally you'll want to roll up a striker or second defender (but, we're open to whatever your crafty mind can create). You may use anything Wizards has published (either in print or online) to create your character. Really, all you need to bring is your character, but if you have figurines, dice, etc., that's great too!
Look forward to hearing from you.
