The [not so new now] PDF news site is now, like the EN World site, able to directly accept news items and press releases. You can post your press release or news by using the appropriate option in the main menu, and it will join a queue for authorisation by myself.
However, the editorial policy is different to the main EN World site. I will accept any relevant submission, and will not be editing it for grammar, spelling, formatting or anything else. So this means two things, one good and one bad:
Good: You get to post exactly what you want; if you want and epic-length press release on the news site, you can have one. I won't be trimming it down to the "bare facts" like I do on the main EN World site.
Bad: That means that you're responsible for the news item. If you're a publisher, remember that you are projecting your company image, so it is up to you to make your news item look professional.
Remember that the PDF site is for all e-publishing news, not just D&D/D20.
