Pearl/Marble/Ball/Sphere of Water thingy???

OK. So I saw this thingy in one of the books (I believe from WotC), but I can't remember where I saw it or what it was called. Basically, it was this tiny thing, like a marble or something, and when you threw it down and broke it, gallons upon gallons upon gallons of water were released in an instant.

Anybody know what I'm talkin' about here?

Dust of Dryness

Ferret, if you use Dust of Dryness, the dust doesn't just go away, it absorbs all the water it can and then coalesces into a small marble.

You can then take the marble, and when you need to, you can throw it or break it and all that water which it had absorbed gushes out.

Very useful for carrying a lot of water with very little weight. Or for slinging at creatures with the Fire sub-type.

I forgot that the Dust of Dryness is what created the marbles, and not surprisingly, I didn't read the description.
