D&D 4E Pelgrane Press considering being a 4E early bird?

Simon Rogers of Pelgrane Press (and Profantasy) recently posted this question on his blog:

If you were a publisher who spent the $5000 for the Wizards package, what product would you release in the golden window before the January free-for-all?

It seems they are at least considering entering the fray. How seriously they are considering it isn't clear (although it does seem that a 4E Dying Earth book is out of the question).
