Just been glancing through the guide, and have noticed a couple of things you need to be careful of:
1) Release dates -- make sure you get the year right. I see a few products due out later this year marked as "overdue" because they've been given the year 2000 or 2001.
2) Product images - don't put an external link in that box, just the filename of the image or the word "none". Only put the filename of the image in there once it has been uploaded to the server via FTP, otherwise you'll get a broken image link!
3) Company website URLs - for some reason, these sometimes need to be re-entered otherwise they show up just as "www.enworld.org" despite the info in the database. Don't ask me why!
I'll post any others I think of.
