Persistent Spell

Does the feat persistent spell still exist in version 3.5? Simple as that.

As much as it did in 3.0. It hasn't been added to the core rulebooks, but 3.0 splatbooks still apply for those that use them until they are somehow updated for 3.5.

You can not persistant the stat buff spells. They are touch, and that is not a "fixed range" spell for the purpose of persistant.
