YB was substantially more complex, and substantially more fun. Petz has the advantage of being actually integrated into the boards, of course.

Petz is faster than YB!. It's learning curve is shorted, its practice takes less time, and it died much, much faster.

Bah! We already have Pozt, where everyone adopts a postcount, and we see which one can grow to encompass the world first. (Crothian has an impressive lead on that game, though, and may discourage people from really participating in the competition.)
