D&D 5E PHB binding problems--WotC doing anything?

If the book has issues opening 180 degrees, that's a problem with the book. I'm not going to pay money for a bad product. I expect the book to be able to take a beating and still come out in shape.

My book was handled lightly, and the binding started falling apart.

Upshot: for about $15 and a trip to the local FedEx, you can get your PHB spiral-bound.
