Not too much has changed since the playtest version was released in Dragon 368. It looks like Frenzied Blood and Deathless Frenzy were clarified, but not much else has changed.

If you're really curious what foolery I'd originally written here, Spatula's quoted me below.

Frenzied Blood seems to have changed quite significantly, to me. Previously, it had a clause stating that the ability only let you deal half damage on a miss with a power that didn't already have that.

I'm wondering if the removal of the clause was intended to either make it so you now do full damage on a miss (half+half), or if it was removed because it was deemed obvious/redundant and it still works the same way as originally.

Very confused by this. They do know it's not "new", right? Even non-subscribers have seen it.

I would be thrilled to see a different Barb PP, but this is just disappointing.
