When a promising candidate is noticed by their superiors they are usually assigned a particularly difficult mission, such as prospecting for Siberys dragonshards in Xen'drik, or tracking down a well-known fugitive. Successfully completing the mssion results in an increase of rank within the House.</p><p></p><p><strong>Affiliation Score Title: Benefits and Duties </strong></p><p>3 or less Not afflilated or Junior member.</p><p>4-10 <strong>Apprentice Seeker:</strong> Considered a member of the House and may be called upon to undertake missions.</p><p>11-20 <strong>Seeker:</strong> +2 circumstance bonus on Gather Information checks to find fugitives or rumors of dragonshard finds.</p><p>21-29 <strong>Terratorial Leader:</strong> Become responsible for business in a specific territory and be assigned two human or half-orc Expert 4 assistants. Once per month, your experts must make a DC 15 Appraise check. If both fail, business has been bad and you loose 1 point from your affiliation score.</p><p>30 or higher <strong>Regional Leader:</strong> Become responsible for business in a major region. Once per month, you can have a Siberys Heir use Discern Location at no cost to you. Once per day, you may have a Dragonmark Heir use any of the dragonmark powers.
