A form similar to the "Other 100 Points" in 7th Sea, basically a form listing adventure themes that the players spread 100 points over. The five used in 7th Sea are Intrigue, Action, Romance, Exploration, and Military. The GM totals the points in each category that are given by each playe. So if Mike has 50 points in intrigue, 25 points in Action, and 25 in Exploration, while Su has 25 in Intrigue, 25 in Action, 25 in Romance, and 25 in Exploration, and Bob has 25 in Action 25 in Exporation, and 50 in Military the totals would be: 50 Intrigue 75 Action 25 Romance 75 Exporation 50 Military You can tell that the group taken as a whole is not much into romance adventures, but creating a foil for Su might be a good idea, nor is the group as a whole into military campaigns, but Bob really wants one. It can really help guide the creation of adventures for a campaign. The numbers I just quoted came from the sheet for a game I ran a few years ago. Adventure Review sheet - a sheet to help the players rate how the adventure was, what its strong points and week points were, and how tough they thought that it was. Again something that can help the GM focus in on what will interest the players. A sheet for listing the weather for the game week, and the phases of the moon(s). A weather table would be nice as well, but they can be found elsewhere. *EDIT* Never mind, he already has it listed. :) Creatures of Legend sheet. The names of famous Dragons and other monsters that the PCs might have heard of, some of the things known about the creature, with a space for the Bardic Knowledge roll to know these things, and a tick box for true or false. Artifacts and Magic Items of Legend, again a way of organizing what the PCs might know about a major plot item, with the name, what is known, what the Bardic Knowledge roll needs to be, and true or false. A sheet to record items that the PCs are either having made for them, or creating themselves, the cost and how long it is likely to take in game time. Also good for Major NPCs when they are having things like castles created. A sheet for Power Components (DMG p. 36), their benefit and the DC to find out about them. Chase Complications - a sheet to record possible hazrds to pull out during a chase scene, and the skill or save and the DC to avoid it. (Two men carrying ladder across street, Ref DC 15 to avoid, Jump 25 to leap over...) The Auld Grump, yes, I like forms.
