GURPS has rules for eidetic memory - coming in two levels, complete and partial.
In partial you make an intelligence check versus some number, and if you make it, the GM or another player has to tell you what happened.
In complete, there is no rolling, the GM or players have to tell you
IIRC one of the d20 (Rokugan or Kalamar, I forget) games I have has a feat that simulates partially eidetic memory, but I forget where and exactly what.

There's a feat (or skill, can't remember) that lets you have essentially perfect recall if you memorize something in the Psionics HB... but, of course, only if you're psionic.
