A Ripper character uses everything at their disposal to fight the creatures of darkness like vampires, werewolves, and other horrors that prey upon humanity. Some invest in the latest technology—incredible devices of iron and steel powered either by steam or, more recently, by electricity. Others practice ancient magic or perform holy miracles. A rare few bravely (or foolishly) wield arcane biotechnology “ripped” from the very creatures they hunt. The Kickstarter for Rippers Resurrected includes PDF and print options for a Player’s Guide, Game Master’s Handbook, Game Master’s Screen with Lord of the Underworld adventure, and three map sets. Also available are specialty dice, Bennies (poker chips), and a Double Action deck of playing cards. Backers also have the opportunity to bundle Rippers with the entire Savage Tales of Horror line from Pinnacle, featuring adventures in a variety of horror genres from fantasy to science fiction. Supporters recently unlocked a stretch goal giving all backers the complete Lost Library of Rippers.
