Pirate Cat: Of Sound Mind 2???

I was looking around for when this would be coming out but can't find anything and Fiery Dragon's website still has the Psionic Toolkit listed as not yet released.

Speaking of toolkits, I couldn't find anything on the Dark Horror or Mystic Alchemy toolkits either. Are these still going to be relased?
