Well, I ran almost all of OF Sound Mind on Saturday-Sunday for a fourteen hour gaming session. For some reason the mere fact that I ran a fourtneen hour session is intimidating me in regards to actually writing the thing out, but we did end up going through most of the module (save only for the return from the mountain). SPOILER SPACE: Overall the adventure was alot of fun. I was amazed at how efficent everyone was in getting through things. They went straight to the inn, looked at the journal and from there went directly to the mountain. They avoid most of the side paths in the interior and were able to solve all of the puzzles and riddles with a minimum of ease. If they did have any problems it was with charm effects. Both instances where those happened the PC fared quite poorly. It was also amusing to see how they reacted to the kids psionic antics (I ended up modifying it so that the girl had also been embedded with a crystal and had the molecular agitation power) When we left off they had gotten to the dragonstone and two of the PCs were charmed and acting very weird while the others tried to figure out how to do something to the dragonstone. One of them was even holding the Dragonstone to him and calling it master. They ended up giving the crystal whistle to one of the psionic kids because they thought that might be a way to destroy it and they lacked any psionic members. Instead the child smiled at them and used it on two of the PCs. :) This was at like 5:30-6:00 am. Hopelly they will figure out the clues they have been given in regards to what they really need to do to blow up the crystal next session.
