But he's definitely hit-or-miss, and he's definitely gotten himself involved in some real clunkers. Every time a Johnny Depp movie comes up I have to wince and hope that this time he won't make a fool of himself. His presence is just not a reliable predictor of quality, is all. [/list=1] So I guess I can't say that it looks bad, but that it contains worrisome elements. Were Steven Sommers directing, or if it were starring Kevin Kline, then sure, I'm on board right now.
