Ok it will not rain, but it isn't a good sign....at last for every peasant he meets...And you know what? She could hide in or over that cloud, and rain arrows or daggers to enemies...As for class, why not rogue-scout, with Swift Ambusher feat? You will sacrifice 4 levels, but with 7 more rogue levels you will have +4d6 sneak attack +3d6 +3 AC skirmish. You can also get Improved Skirmish feat for +2d6 +2AC.
