Seriously. He can make terrain difficult or make difficult terrain normal, he can cover pits or create land where there is none, and he can increase or decrease the temperature (15 cold or fire damage). This guy owns the battlefield. The Punisher of the Gods has a quarry like ability he can use once per encounter. When he hits lvl 30 all dmg he does to that quarry is maximized.
